· Graduated from a reputable university with major in Engineering with GPA >3.0
· Have a strong networking background specifically in routing & switching
· Have more than 7 years working experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory level with ISP or telco
· Have a valid networking certification minimum at Specialist Level
· Have awareness of network security with foundation level certification
· Have experience in designing and implementing FTTx network and solution at least for the last 3 years
· Fluent in English and excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibility
· Responsible for designing new network requirement based in a cost effective manner
· Responsible for working with Project Manager to supervise the implementation of the designed network
· Responsible for supporting Service Operation team with incident escalation and problem management
· Responsible for improving and upgrading the network continuously for reliability and quality
· Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of network engineers
· Responsible for understanding new invention, learning new technologies, and acquiring new products to support the network lifecycle
· Responsible for developing relationship with vendors and suppliers

· Melakukan instalasi terhadap perangkat Network.
· Melakukan setup dan troubleshoot problem hardware / Server, OS, LAN & WAN Network.
· Mendukung proyek TI untuk pengujian keamanan / penetrasi dan melacak perbaikan kerentanan.
· Melakukan regular cek performasi Operating System dan pencatatan pemakaian kapasitas Server.
